Q&A

Where am I from?

I’m a Cali girl born and raised in Monterey Bay. I’m currently living in Los Angeles, California.

How many countries have I visited?

I’ve explored over 35 countries with no plans to stop.

How do I afford to travel?

Most of my travels have been through extensive research, planning and saving. Now I’m able to afford travel through collaborations with other influencers and tourism boards.

Will I be traveling forever?

Traveling forever isn’t the goal. It’s living happy doing what I love. And I’ll always be doing that in some capacity.

Why travel?

Travel is a fantastic self-development tool, because it extricates you from the values of your culture and shows you that another society can live with entirely different values and still function and not hate themselves. This exposure to different culture values and metrics then forces you to re-examine what seems obvious in your own life and to consider that perhaps it’s not necessarily the best way to live.

What is my favorite country?

This has always been hard for me to answer as each country holds a special place in my heart but I’d have to say it’s between Turkey and Southern Italy. I’ve had some of the most amazing and terrifying experiences in both countries from level 3 terrorism alerts to watching the most romantic sunsets off The Amalfi Coast.

What is my favorite outdoor activity?

Hiking. I love adventure and the feeling you get after reaching your destination.

What is my favorite cuisine?

I love Thai Food, Sushi and Peruvian food.

What can’t I live without?

Coffee! It makes me a happy person. 😃

If I could be an animal which one would I be and why?

I feel like this one is pretty obvious . If I had wings to fly anywhere in this world I would want to be a bird. I want to soar above the mountains  and feel the breeze of the wide open ocean.

Am I a sunrise or a sunset person?

Both! I love waking up in a tropical location watching as the day begins but I also like to watch in awe as the day ends from the highest peaks of the earth.

Life motto

You’re the happiest when you’re doing what you love.
